Eating Less Leads To Vitality

Europeans centuries ago knew about the secret to longevity and good health in eating less and eating the health-promoting foods. Particularly in France, they lived long healthy lives because they were eating smaller portions of food. The other benefit to systematic undereating is that it will keep you slim! Even today we know that overeating feels good in the moment, but leads to bad results in the long run. So, practice the discipline to stop eating before you get too full!

The other part to the puzzle is to be mindful of what you eat. Eat natural foods which appeal to you the most. It is pretty simple, you can ask yourself: “Would I find this food in nature?” If it is in a form of potato chips or canned food then it is most likely processed and unnatural. By listening to your intuition you will know what foods to eat and what foods to avoid.

In general, eat whole foods that have not been fragmented, refined nor enriched in any way. Whole foods contain all their original nutrients. Eat only organic, poison-free foods. Organic food standards require that organic food is free from chemical herbicides, pesticides, radiation, or genetic engineering.

Consider adding Superfoods to your diet: spirulina, bee polen, liquid chorophyl, goji berries, chia seeds, raw cocoa, maca root and many others.
Also, consider adding enzymes, probiotics, alkaline foods and minerals to your diet.
